Primary goal? Just dont end up like the rest of my family. "Ohhh, I'm too old for this shite." "I can't do this like I used to."
And how do I keep to it? Knowing I can flex on fat paul in golden corral of how fit i am. It feels me with sweetness that I'm doing better than most americans.

Yes & my primary objectives are to have & sustain good mental & physical health. Working out helps me to self-regulate in a better way. It's a foundational habit for me. I noticed that it is essential for me to do it if I want to have other good habits feelings, ways of thought, etc.
All the time.. Even when I'm not at the gym which I go to 4x a week most times, I like to train at home too.. Mostly cardio.. My goal is to see my genetic limit in strength and muscle development.. I stay focused by motivating myself to be beyond where i am now..

Kinda not really? I play sports so there's a certain amount of exercise involved in that lol and also I'm usually doing active work that involves carrying something heavy. So I have a lot of "practical" muscle.
If I started going to the gym I'd have to double my meal intake not to lose weight lol and I work too much for that
I had a heart attack so I'm getting my heart in as good of a shape as I can considering part of it is dead now and just hanging out instead of working.
I workout 4-5 days a week, tend to do a lot of resistance training for stamina and to maintain lean muscle since I run too. Trying to stay between 150 to 160lbs
Now that my knee is better I'm hitting the gym slowly. I like being in better shape than kids half my age lol. That said I have a little to work on to get there since I couldn't do much for 3 months

Not often. When I do it's mostly just to keep my body capable of doing things without stress. I prefer to exercise by doing real life tasks than targeted exercises with machines. This like stretching and body weight exercises

Every now and then. I used to work out a lot more when I was younger.
Three to five times a week. You get to a point where you have to, if I go a whole week without a session I feel really down. But a good workout always lifts my mood.
Lower blood pressure, lower pulse rate. Less cholesterol, and gives it better attitude towards life.

Yes. I'm very active. Lol once in middle school I did 87 sit ups. I still focus on my tiny waist. 😊 I also like walking. I can't walk for hours.
