Do you workout?

Weight training early on a push, pull, legs split... more weights later in the evening for muscles I consider everyday muscles (delts, calf raises, body squats, and that sort of stuff). I don't take days off, but I don't kill myself either. I have micro weights so the delt lifts move 0.25lbs/day, calf raises 0.5lbs/day, and I move up just 1lbs with most lifts unless I haven't reached my upper limits yet. It's all about routine for me at this point, while sticking to progressive overload.
I'm about to add boxing and start doing house chores with a very heavy weighted vest on... Going to introduce that with the squats as well. I'm not a fan of barbell squats so I've turned squats into my form of cardio... I'll slowly add weight to that with the vest.
That's the general stuff.
Yep... I am a big fan of the Legend Mike Mentzer and I follow high HIT principles ! It also helps to not spend hours in gym and not be too sore for days after which in turns helps inn preventing lifting weights to be an obstacle for my boxing.
Wbu.. got to appreciate your hard work which is visible !
I posted it on another comment I’m sure you can see but here it is
My schedule:
Monday: Chest and Arms
Tuesday: Shoulders and Back
Wednesday: Cardio
Thursday: Deadlifting
Friday: Legs
Warmup:
One minute of knee lifts
One minute of heel digs
Two sets of 10 shoulder rolls for each arm
Ten knee bends
Twenty head rotations
Ten hip rotations
I dance pretty much every day. At the gym I do squats and lunges and dead lifts and leg curls and extensions. Situps, crunches, I use the cable machines for my back and shoulders.
Opinion on Zenitsu outside of fights?
Sorry, had to. A 10 minute run, stretching, Benguela or Iuna or Regional, stretching.

Iwas working out 5 days a week untio I went back to work. now i do two back to back 2+hour workouts. I start with a 50 minute HIIT session with a bike, stair climber or elliptical trainer. Then I work 4 body parts, do abs and some stretching. I try to do a light workout at least one morning as well for about an hour.
Well before injury 2+ months ago. I workout Monday, Wednesday and, Friday. And did Muai Thai Saturday and Sunday. Lately not si much. Other than do workouts for my injury. Trying to start up and do upper body at least and it's hard to get back into.
Isometric static lifts for 20 seconds over 3x sets of Upright row, behind the back shrugs, shoulder press , dead-lift and seated row every 2 days. I use an Isochain, it's like a digital barbell without weights.
Yes I workout. Pretty much my hobby now.
I maintain 10k steps a day more than that is better. Going to gym exactly 7pm after I ate my dinner at 5:30 PM and burn calories at least 1 hour a day.
Running five or more miles six days per week. Abs six days. Upper body weight training twice. Lower body twice. Uechi-Ryū class once per week. BJJ once per week. Sundays relax except possibly surfing.
Yes, I have a home gym, but I like to swim more than anything else.
I just do pushups and try and spend time outside for alittle bit everyday. Occasionally I'll jog around the park.
no working out but I chop wood and load it, then move it to where it needs to go. That's 4 out of 7 days the others I rest by walking.
go for a long trail run or a swim probably 67 days a week. How bout you?
Awesome body! I workout 3 days a week. Chest and back Tuesday, bis and tris Thursday, legs and shoulders Saturday.
I noticed 😉 it’s all good
I think I got a pretty good metabolism tbh
Kinda saves me from having to workout in general but let's hear your workouts since I don't really have any lol

Been on and off due to work but recently restarted and got a coach to keep me going.
No, I have no time or motivation and I don't care about my health as I have no will to live
jogging and dips in the morning

my immediate though is that there's a dildo or a vibrator in the picture, but I don't see it 🧐
