Should I be worried I have herpes when I have no symptoms?

Went to the doctor today for a fishy smell I'm having. I got tested for stds previously and was negative. I thought I was tested for herpes but apparently not. I dont have any symptoms but apparently people won't have symptoms if they have it. Also it said a fishy smell could come from discharge which I don't have discharge but a fucking fish smell. Should I be worried? I've literally been to the doctor so much for this shit. They're going to think I'm crazy making another appointment

Are you a woman using a blue account because it almost sounds like you’re talking about vagina and not a penis? There is no fishy smell from herpes the only symptom some of it is a white cluster in the area of infection

I'm a guy but I thought it said both genders could have it. Other than a smell I have no symptoms

They can test separately for it but doesn’t sound like you have herpes maybe you have an infection of some other sort, if you are uncircumcised it’s possible it’s coming from that area
