I don't work out like that or gym... very much prefer active sports

those have been greater for me and my health overall

but I could still do some push-ups... how many do you want? lol

Do 40 for me 10 push-ups 4 times or you could break it down in reps of 5
So 5 reps 8 times will get you the 40.
Do it Till you get the 40 get back to me when You have completed your mission.

Not pushups but pyllups yes. It yas improved my back. Other than that i built extra muscle so now i can eat more calories nd still remain same.
