Goal is to gain weight. I've been using ON serious mass and it works wonderfully. Gained 1.5kg in 2 weeks.
But it's too expensive in country I live. Any other way to get 1000+ calories and 30+ protein?

Obviously,
Just take a combination of overnight oats, hard boiled eggs, or nut butter. Add fresh fruit as a side, and you'll pretty much match any powder out there.
All you're paying for in most powders is the convenience of all that food being dried into a powder for rehydration and then consumption.
Thanks man. That's a nice meal. Yes protein powders are so costly.
Incorporate peanut butter into your diet every day, multiple times a day. I also drink these protein drinks called Boost and I drink the ones with like 350 calories per bottle. The bottles are small too. Good luck
Thanks bud. Peanut butter is good idea but boost contains a lot of sugar, right?
