How are people supposed to lose weight? Like, for real?

Fr. I was weighing 64.3 kg today, when I woke up. Then after I ate a wrap with scrambled eggs and a mug of cappuccino. I was weighing 64.8 kg!!

I feel like what I ate may was too caloric, or I might can only eat salad and soup... No clue anymore, seriously.

Well, I'm going to workout now anyway.

Just eat like a rabbit
Quit whining already and go workout
Starve your body... Ahem, "fasting"
Go to a nutritionist or get a personal trainer
