It's a casual problem for short girls, try to have less suger from manufactured food and replace it with fruit, eat more fiber than carbohydrates, stick with cardio trainings, try to walk a lot specially when you wanna buy grocery, look for healthy food recipes, that's it.
It all depends on what you are eating some people lose weight by limiting how many calories or start exercising
