I’ve been working out consistently. I’m more toned but i weight the same. My belly is still wound. I have tried intermittent fasting. And I live alone and don’t really know much about cooking so I’m trying to navigate how to properly count calories but I never get it right. Someone help. I want to be in shape by my birthday in November. I just need to love like 10 or 20 pounds and I want it to stick. I am currently 4,11 and i weight 144 before I eat after I eat I’m 148? Someone helppp
