First of all, you say you don't over eat, only on rare occations, and then say that it is once or twice a week.
Trust me, that is quite a lot, and that can make a difference if you watch out on those days.
(I used to visit my grandmother once a week, and I always ate too much, and when I did not visit her for a longer period because of moving etc. then I could feel the change so quickly.)
Losing weight is a lot about the food.
Be sure to just eat until you are not hungry anymore - you don't need to be full.
Eat those small meals, like a carrot or something and drink water through out the day.
Just be mindful of what you eat.
And don't be afraid to eat unhealthy, but don't do it too much, just enjoy it when it happens and don't eat way too much of it.
Nothing is forbidden.
Also, it's not healthy to starve yourself. Be sure to get something to eat at least every 3rd hour.

1. Reduce your calorie intake. But don't overdo it as your body will go on starvation mode and convert everything in fat.
2. You can use apps to log your meals and keep tab on your intake. It'll give you idea how much you should eat and all.
3. Exercise. Cardio+little weight training will work wonders
4. Don't lose your motivation. That's what happens with many people. They start off great and then they hit plateau after certain amount of weight loss (very natural) . But don't let that demotivate you. Just reduce your calorie I further (in limits) and increase your workout intensity.
5. Stay hydrated
6. Eat small portions throughout day instead of eating big portions twice or thrice a day
7. Apart from workouts, increase your activity. Don't sit at one place for more than an hour. If your work is sedentary, take a small walk along office/school in free times.
What Girls Said
Running is the best cardio, I lost 33 pounds in 3 months doing long distance runs every day. Obviously you would work your way up on the distance, but it's a great fat burner.
I cut out all junk food completely, and didn't eat anything after my last meal at 6pm. For my breakfast, I would have a bowl of oats with almond milk and one banana chopped up with some walnuts. For lunch I would have some kind of soup (lentil is great) with one slice of wholemeal bread. For dinner I would generally always have a portion of brown rice, with a side of protein (I had meat free turkey- more protein than the real thing) and vegetables (peas, sweetcorn, broccolli). If you get hungry between meals, opt for fruits, buts or seeds only. This is guaranteed to make you shed the weight fast.Right now I'm eating smaller portions. I eat about 4-5 times a day but small things. Go to myplate. com & they will give you guidelines on there too. Also look up workout plans that you would feel more comfortable doing. Drink a lot of water because that will help sweat out the fat when working out. I do this & I have lost up to 10 pounds this month. Don't try to starve yourself because that will make it much worse & mess up your metabolism. Also check the nutrition label & count your calories. Hopefully this helped & good luck! ☺️ If you have any questions please let me know!
Just continue to have a healthy diet. Eating things in moderation and having a wide variety of foods from each food groups. Save junk food, alcohol, and sugar for special ocassions. And find a workout routine that that is consitant and not too hard on your body. Start doing it weekly and then gradually increase to having a daily routine that equals out to an hour or so. Focus on stretches and cardio, you can also do things like yoga or Pilates. Those are both creative fun options to look into. Whatever you do, treat your body well and don't worry about what others think (:
Great way to get active and exercise is to follow kayla itsines fitness routines you can do it all at home and it's 30mins a day she gets great results and has a community who supports you in low times, check it out.
Also people will prob say don't do it but look up intermittent fasting. It works 100%. It's hard to start with but your body gets used to it and it changes your body big time.
Make sure to research all. When I was your age I did a lot of sports at school and I didn't have a problem with weight. Maybe start drinking a lot of water and watching your sugar and carbs intake. Sodas are very high in sugar, and eating a lot of pasta, rice and bread will give you those extra pounds/kilos barbecue of the carbohydrates. Eat more salads and drink water instead of soda. Commercial juices also have a lot of sugar. Hope that helps.
First, eat healthy, eat breakfast and a good big ass healthy lunch, and maybe skip dinner if you're not hungry, drink water, and workout, mainly cardio and lifting to make your body muscle hard and whatever you do, don't step on the scale everyday, that shit ruins your life, and remember, muscle is heavier than fat
Limit carbs. Try to eat low fat proteins, vegetables and some fruits. Drink a lot of water.
Get your heart rate up for about 20 min in the morning because it will jump start your metabolism you'll end up burning a lot more calories throughout the day. What I did was start to take a nature pro biotic that helps with a lot of digestion issues, I started walking 1 to 2 miles/day, drank lots of water, and took the natural suppliment Garcinia Cambogia. I really didn't eat different foods but maybe a little less. I ended up losing 60 lbs in 3 months. Hope it helps.
I found a facebook selling site for people in my area. Some lady sold me a treadmill for super cheap. I recommend you try to buy yourself one instead of a gym membership. I owe 160 to my old gym because I stopped going and didn't cancel it. They just steal money. I bought my first treadmill for 15 lol it was old but worked and the lady just wanted it gone. 2nd treadmill was 40. 1st one broke lol. But if course I got really good deals. Most people want around double or more what I paid.
embrace pro-ana.
I did and it worked for me, I dropped 30lb in 57 days.
Check this out I know many people who use it in a "healthy way" but I did not and I think it is awesome.
