Especially early stages. I feel like it adds pressure to the fetus. Is it harmful?
I'm no medical expert and suggest you talk with your doctor about it. Having been through several pregnancies with my then-wife, it seems to me that, so long as it's a comfortable slerping position for the mother, it shouldn't make much difference. Nature provided a very safe and secure environment for the fetus in the womb, regardless of how the mother sleeps.

When my wife was pregnant the doctor told her to sleep on her side. When she slept on her back the baby put pressure on her bladder and she was up peeing all night. Sleeping on your stomach is not good for the baby or your back
It doesn't matter too much early on but wouldn't be good as things progress. As your belly gets bigger you'll want to be on your back or laying on your left side for best blood circulation to the fetus 👍
I'm sure it twists around doesn't stay like that for ever

I don't understand your question. Are you referring to a pregnant woman, or a baby?
I'm not an expert, but I would say it's better to avoid it.
Yes, always have the baby sleep on his or her back.
I've never seen a baby sleep in that position.
Yes it's definitely a bad thing I don't recommend that anybody do
While in the womb it shouldn’t matter, they aren’t breathing in there and are in fluid
Ask the babies doctor.
