No, many have different opinions. Some say not to eat carbs at all, some say not to eats fats. So, these have never been reliable source for me.
I researched on my now and identified that if you are on a fat loss diet you need to be on a calorie deficit and if you are aiming for weight gain you need to be in calorie surplus. And in both cases you need to keep your macronutrients in line. You don't need to avoid eating carbs if you are on a weight loss journey. Also, you can enjoy all the food the you want to eat unless you are on a calorie deficit.
Only if you are competing for a bodybuilding challenge, you will require a stringent diet plan to keep the macronutrients in line to achieve what is required for the competition or wise calorie deficit is all that is required too keep you in a very good shape.
My go will be to do a research than go with the YouTuber, as listening to many will only confuse someone

No. Those guys have injected themselves.
I'd like a YouTuber who begins fat in our eyes and becomes what they are. Not showing the before and after photos.
That being said, it's extremely difficult and take a lot of dedication
Nutritional? Not sure. But I trust the men way more than the women in general. The women constantly lie about the work they've gotten done on their body and then claim its a result of fitness and their diet. I tend to look toward’s men for fitness/nutritional guidance
Show me a real nutritional qualification and a proven track record and I'll listen to what you have to say. But a YouTuber pushing a product or a fad diet no chance.

In general, I don't trust YouTubers for anything. There are a few good channels out there that do science. But other than that it's pretty much bullshit.
Not most. But I know a select few who are trustworthy enough to admit they're wrong when they are. And those are the ones I respect & trust the most.
If they present scientific findings, I will listen.
I don't trust that guy just by the initial thumbnail. I'm sure others are better though. Can't generalize
