Is it OK for guys to shave their legs?

I do it during the road cycling season so that when/if I crash it makes the wound easier to clean (horrible I know...)

and also it shows off the muscles in the legs. lol =P

just wondering what women think about it?

I don't think it's that weird. If you explained it to me I would understand. I know a couple guys who shave their legs for swimming or track and it's actually kinda sexy. As long as you're not a super hairy person and then randomly bald on your legs. That would be a little weird. But if you're not it would be perfectly fine with me. Just be sure to describe why you do it to the women you tell. They will most likely understand.

I don't mind. It's justified and practical. If it's for aesthetics only, then I find it useless and a waste of time. If women who're checking you out don't like it, too bad for them! It makes your life easier when you get hurt, it's understandable. Men don't think it's creepy women shave their legs, they find it sexy (or something like that).

I think shaving your legs for anything other than sports reasons is kinda weird, and I know all about hairs and bandages, but for that I just plan not too crash lol.

i honestly think its kind of weird I mean if your naturaly hairless is 1 think but to actualy shave them? I mean if your a good cyclist then you shouldn't be falling off all the time? lol I mean I ride all the time and I haven't had an accident since I was little and just got off training wheels and I don't even use my hands to ride half the time... so maybe consider a new hobby?

A swimmer only? No offense, I used to do some competitive swimming and it doesn't matter whether or not you have shaved legs or not. It's a personal preference, I know, but I just find your comment somewhat odd. It doesn't make you go faster in the water if you have shaved legs.
