Girls, Withdraw bleeding after stopping depo shot (Birth control) tips?

I was in the shot for 5 years last night I noticed like a watery blood that lasted until the next morning then stopped. If anyone has any tips or anything for on and off bleeding/cramps please let me know! I can’t be the only one that’s been/going through this?

It can happen with any birth control being stopped. It’s your hormones trying to regulate themselves after being controlled for so long. If it wasn’t super heavy and it has now stopped, I wouldn’t worry about it.
