I'd say its very important after my experince of getting one of my pals to gain over 150lbs of muscle gain after I spent 2 years altering his diet and going for the full power lift and protein diet. XD.
I think we went through though close to our body weight in Quinoa though. The stuff is still delicious apsolute perfect food medium if you want to get fit. But don't have the cash to be burning it or meat. And its interestingly a grain/carbo but its super energy dense.
1 cup of the grain is 8grams of protein with 5 of fiber its kinda a wonder grain. In respect to the fact its one of the most energy dense foods you can eat. Its filling and has a pretty high conversion ratio.
I will say this though I don't miss the days where we would spend them struggling to stand to take a shower ROFL. The days of having to go back to back to be able to stay standing in the shower room was not fun. XD.
you mean 15 pounds? even putting on a few pounds of muscle in a year is a lot.
@lightbulb27 we would do 5hr to 8hr workouts. 4 days a week. Probably consume close to about 3.5 lbs of quinoa and high quality meats with other veggies. A week it's crazy what one can gain by bulking.
anyone can bulk. lean muscle is what he wants
Absolutly everything you want to make big gaines you need to eat big eat properly and lift and left heavy one day and next lift lighter with reps and stay focused once you notice the gaines you keep on watch some of ronnie coleman's videos he has them on lifting and eating and then keep im mind you will never look like him without steroids
Incredibly important! You can’t build muscle without feeding your body the right things in the correct amounts.

In my experience it's not what you avoid, but what you include that matters. Drink milk before and after (not during) your strength training workouts.
Also do large sets. (25 reps or more per set) to build dense muscle that will be stronger than the people that power lift. (3 to 5 reps per set.)
How important are bricks when building a brick house?
If you don't eat the proper foods, you won't see the results you want.
Depends on your genetics for me i have to eat a lot to gain muscle bc i have a high metabolism like super fast.
Diet is everything when it comes to gaining snd exhibiting muscle.
what kind of physique are you trying to gain?
It is just as important as putting in good workouts.
Irrelevant. Just have good genes. 🤷♂️
Thats 80% building your muscle
Whst you eat means what you have the energy to do
