Bloody stool has come back, what now?

Even after a month since I've posted a question about this before, it's come back, but it's not as bad as before. I think I'll contact my family doctor sometime this week but I don't know. What do you think I most likely have that's causing it?

Hemmroids

And somehow I didn't crap out bloody poo just awhile ago. Only difference in diet today compared to yesterday was not eating anything from the vending machines.

I jinxed it, the bloody poo came back this morning despite not eating anything from vending machines. I'm gonna assume it's the hotdogs and pizza then.

Seems that my stool has improved and my blood somewhat reduced, after I stopped eating most of the fast food I eat and resorting to more healthier fast food like burrito bowl.

This topic went down a rabbit hole and quick. My Mother died of rectal cancer. Just because you visually inspect blood in the toilet does not mean you have colon or rectal cancer. You likely have pushed out some rather large boulders and now you have caused a fissure to form around the anus. If you do not treat a fissure it will develop into a pus pocket that tunnels dept into the anus causing tracts. It smells and is painful. The only treatment is rectal surgery.

I am only a medical student! Blood in your poo (stools or faeces) can be a sign of bowel cancer. But it is often due to other causes. See your GP if you are worried about any symptoms that you think could be caused by cancer in the bowel. Most often, blood in the stool is from piles (haemorrhoids), especially if it is bright red, fresh blood.

Try some cortisone/hemorrhoid cream 1% in the US or 2.5% in Europe/Mexico. Also, try not to really grunt and bear down when you take a dump... slow down and take your time. I would suggest way more fiber even a soft stool supplement and stay hydrated wit a lot of water. Are you taking any pain meds or opioids? They clog you up. No worries on the virgin part... we all were there at one point in our lives! Hang in there...

See a Doctor. Make sure you tell him everything you've done, eaten or drank in the past few days, as well as answer all of his questions truthfully. Blood in stool can be something serious... or not... your doctor can determine that.

It goes back 1-2 months, I mostly eat fast food cause that's what is usually on campus, I do eat healthy food when I'm at home, and the blood isn't consistent

I've noticed that changing my diet can also change how bloody (or lack of blood in) my stool gets, so I'm very skeptical it's colon cancer

I still don't understand the reasoning of asking people here. Asking on any web site is probably a bad idea but there must be 1,000 web sites better than this one to ask, especially if you've asked multiple times and the medical problem still exists. Non-medical people cannot answer medical questions. Medical people cannot answer medical questions without seeing you and talking to you.
