Bloody stool isn't going away (does reduce if I change my diet); how to fix?

For context, I already took a blood and urinal test back in December after months of bloody poo; in January, my family doctor confirmed I had nothing serious except for vitamin B12 and iron deficiencies. He also told me (and I suspected as much) that I probably just have hemorrhoids and I should modify my diet to make the symptoms go away. Fast forward to now and up until 2-3 weeks ago, so long as I avoided certain foods/drinks and waited a few days if I did consume them, I would stop crapping out bloody stool.

However since then, I only stopped shitting out bloody stool once and all other times there was blood, so I think I might have to resort to other measures. The only foods/drinks that can cause it are those that are heavily processed, fried, and/or greasy (hotdogs, pizza, fries, etc) or very dehydrating (tea, regular soda, etc). I'm considering to speak with my family doctor again and maybe be referred to a registered dietician or even consider taking over the counter medicine from my local pharmacy.
