I take it to go into a relaxing sleep? I have been trying binaural beats as I was not feeling refreshed in the morning. The basic concept is the brain goes into slow electrical wave in deep sleep of about 2 hertz and listening to sound of that frequency helps to drive our brain into that pattern for a deep sleep.

I use a sports headband and youtube binaural beats. I felt an immediate benefit on the first night and more refreshed in the morning than I had for a long time. There is a fair bit on this topic if you google or youtube it. Don't say it works for everyone but it has helped me a lot.
