Help how can I stop and cure coughing from the flu?

I went to the doctor had the flu got medicine but have new symptom today. Coughing. I feel better even began cleaning & have nonstop coughing. I’m drinking hot tea now and have cough drops but what can cure coughing? I was inside all day but went out to buy soup and it’s cold so now coughing got worse. And it’ll be raining next few days. 🙁

It can take a while to get rid of that.
Make sure you cannot hear any wheezing or gurgling from your lung's when you cough, if so insist on getting x rays.

I got that wen I was little. I also just went to the doctor 2 days ago. My cough kinda goes away wen I take the flu medicine the doctor gave me. Rn I coughed up a ton of flem mucous.

I might send email to my doctor but he’ll take few days to respond he always responds too late. Or he’ll say same thing take honey or cough drops
