How can I cure cough & throat infection? Why do I have cough? Help?

NO I DONT HAVE COVID! first I got fever then second day got super itchy throat and phlegm, third day got itchy nose and sneezing. 4th day im better as I got cured with the allergy medicine. I have no windows in my studio so all the dust from my fan is making me cough or even outside cold air or ac triggers my cough. Today im fine but I still have the cough if I’m near cold air and I feel throat sore and tiny bit pain but nothing serious just my throat like worn out. The doctor called me back until 2 days after I said I was sick. It wasn’t even a doctor it was a nurse and she is useless. She just asked if I feel better and hung up. Doctors only help u if u are dying. They don’t care of my cough or allergies. It’s rare for a doctor give me fucking medicine!!! I only have robutussin but it’s for babies basically just honey and ivy leaf. It takes away the cough but doesn’t cure it.

Try drinking more water, your body needs more fluids when fighting off an infection.


Try also consuming more vitamin C.


Collect some vitamin D. Either by standing in a window and let the sun hit you or take supplemental vitamin D.
