How to cure a clogged stuffed nose from the flu help?

I cannot breathe from my nose. It feel full clogged. I have medicine from the doctor for flu & allergy medicine for my runny nose but don’t feel it’s working to feel clog my nose. What can I do?

Decongestant and antihistamine.

Something like Sudafed and Piriton

Just be careful to not take more than one a day regardless of what the label says.

Clogged and runny noses are not nice to feel, but they are necessary for your sinus to get the crap out your system. If you reduce it too much, then your going to stay sick for longer.

Snort some chili powder. It'll burn unpleasantly for a few minutes, but it'll clear the congestion right up. Start with a tiny amount, and escalate if you have to. If it's REALLY bad, you can use cayenne instead; it'll work, but you'll regret it for some time.

I use AFRIN nasal spray. It almost always clears up my sinuses. On tough clogs I may have to use a couple applications, but it almost always works.

I’ve been very ill recently aswell and blocked nose too. Use nasal spray, vaporub, drink loads of water (warm water), loads of soup and tea , wrap yourself and keep yourself warm. These help me
