I’m sick as I went out last night with boyfriend and it was cold. First night it began get cold here. I have runny nose sneezing all day. Tea made me feel relaxed but didn’t cure the cold. I only have motrin or cold cough medicine, what will cure a cold? I work early morning at 5am so I go out in the cold in the morning. All night I’m home resting today tho
Definitely get plenty of rest, drink plenty of clear fluids and enjoy a bowl or two of chicken noodle soup.
Take tylenol and benadryl or any antihistamine and drink lots of water, eat fruit and vegetables, soup, healthy foods, get the right amount of rest. You should feel better in about a week maybe even sooner. Hope you feel better!

You can't cure a cold. Zinc lozenges can reduce symptoms and shorten it a bit, but you just need time for your body to fight it off.
viruses can’t be cured, you have to let it take its course and take rest.
take paracetamol if you feel tired.
there is no cure for the common cold.
