What part of your body do you tend to gain weight in the most?

if I gain weight is because of being way more active in sports therefore I am eating a lot more, especially protein... and a lot of it goes to the legs
after 25 years of sports, they are the athletic type so they just get a bit more muscular and fuller
I never really gain weight in fat that much, because I never overeat and I am always burning calories somehow... but I do remember those years at the end of puberty and growing up and the body gets a bit weird while growing and adjusting lmao, a lot of weight started going around my waist... so I think that would happen the some today, if any... lol
@hafinjun I don't see something special about it, just common sense...
my weight still fluctuates a lot, which is not a good thing either... I can go from 190 to the 200lbs or 200 to 190 fairly quick
usually I do not eat a lot, but being more active in sports makes me eat, it gives me a healthier appetite... and this is why anyone that knows me can always tell when I'm not having good times... I become less active and I eat a lot less, and I could even drop to 180 pounds and that's very noticeable
The belly is always the first place to grow on me... and the hardest to get rid of.
My legs, I hate it lol. and my arms barely change regardless of whether I gain 10 pounds or lose 10 pounds.

My stomach. Of course, in case you didn't know, your diet directly affects where you gain weight at, because fat sticks in certain parts of the body.
Carbs - Stomach
Dairy - Boobs/manboobs
Sugars/sweets - Ass
Meat/protein - Doesn't form fat; hence the Keto diet
So I eat too much carbs, apparently.
I have a fast metab. I tend to gain on my bum first. But loose it just as annoyingly quickly.
Huhh, honestly, I can always tell I'm gaining weight when my bras feel tight and my jeans start feeling uncomfortable, so I guess my thighs and waist :'))
If I started to live a non active life and ate to much. Which I can't anyway cause my stomach barely accepts most foods these days anyway haha probably my belly. I would rather it grow there then anywhere else haha

Men accumulate adipose tissue in the abdomen, while women do so in the buttocks and abdomen.
Same I gain in my face and stomach and have weird chicken legs and arms like a stick no meat
The extra weight usually goes to my waist. Thankfully I can lose it as quick as I put it on.
