It depends on what job you have.
Usually people who work manual labor jobs where they're physically active all day get enough exercise to keep their metabolism working.
People who work at a desk, or driving, or just standing around aren't burning anything off and get fat. Lots of people get really fat after they retire because they become sedentary.

It basically depends on your body type and your genetics i am 25 and i weigh 65kilos only. And if i shave people say that i look like a 19 year old guy so that's why i don't shave 😅.
