I hit my head, should I go to the hospital?

I accidentally banged my head against the wall.. as time goes by, I have a headache and nausea, and my vision goes black. I feel like I'm going to fall at any moment.

Should I go to the doctor, what could be the problem?

Absolutely go to hospital. Clear signs of a concussion. Avoid falling asleep unless given okay from medical professional. Concussions are usually harmless with hitting head on wall. But in case hit head very hard can have internal bleeding of brain which will increase cranial pressure causing symptoms like you described but then eventually lead to life threatening ones. Better to be safe than sorry. Also avoid taking Advil or ibuprofen as it’s a blood thinner and can increase bleeding.
