My friend hits my head, will it cause health problems?

First of all, I like this, so she does it..

She does this every day, sometimes she hits hard, I want her to hit with all her strength.. She hits when we see each other in the morning, and hits when we leave.. Afterwards, my head hurts a lot, but it's worth the pleasure I get.. But does this cause any health problems for me? 😌
