I hit my head so hard?

I hit the wall very hard 2 hours ago and it hurts a lot. Now, for a few minutes, I've been feeling dizzy, nauseous, I can't keep my balance, I feel like I'm going to fall. I'm dozing. What should I do?

I'd say call someone you trust ASAP like your parents or a friend's parents. Tell them exactly what happened and how you've been feeling - dizzy, nausea, balance issues. Those are all worrying concussion symptoms.

You really need to get checked out by a doctor. Head injuries are no joke, especially if you're still feeling sick hours later. It's better to be safe than sorry with brain stuff.

While you wait for help, try to lay down in case you pass out. And don't fall asleep - stay awake! Try having someone stay on the phone with you too.

You likely have a concussion but you could have an even more serious closed head injury, such as a brain bleed. You need to get this checked at an emergency room.
