The way I look at it is weight loss is 60% diet and 40% exercise. What you eat is very important. You could lose weight doing one or the other, but both together will be the most effective.

I think that'll catch up to her after 40. Diet is important. But your overall health will suffer without exercise. And you don't have to spend hrs. In a gym. 20 minutes will suffice.

What works for me is skipping meals. When I feel hunger I say to myself I like that feeling. Also cutting out any sugar. :)
