Hell no! I don't like getting up before 11am, if even that! My current job (which I'm at, right now) has me work from 1pm to 9pm. I get home by around 10, after having dinner. And I stay up from 10pm to around 5am, and go to sleep at 5am.
It's not that different compared to a normal 9-to-5 job, where you get up at 7am, work 9am to 5pm, get home around 6pm, and stay up from 6pm to 1am.
Mine's is just shifted ahead by four hours, which I love. I don't want to go back to having to wake up at 7am ever again!
First thing exercise is the best way for your body to wake itself up regularly. If it is the first order of Business everyday, you will find an alarm is not necessary. It was how I functioned for years until my job requirements changed from relocation etc... Now I am an insomniac ;-)
Good luck with it as the 5am-7am window is the best time to get work done for me.
Yeah. I love mornings. Ideally I like to wake up at around 7-8am, usually itโs anywhere from 6-7:30 on work days and 7-9 on weekends
My alarm goes off at 5 am. I usually get 4-6 hours sleep
Do you have insomnia?
I don't believe so.
Because if you don't and then also you sleep for 4 to 6 hours only, you will get fat and wear down very quickly than naturally wearing down.
The Government also released a doc explaining this. How it is losing billions every year, just because people are not getting enough sleep. Or they are not choosing to get enough sleep.
I can't choose how much I get. Even if my alarm doesn't go off I wake up at 5:30

I am sorry I said all that. But it is kind of true too! For both guys and girls.
I am envious at that are able to have such a long and relaxing night on a regular basis.
We learnt to prioritize our life over our work after spending lots of sleepless nights completing mindless projects. ๐
The mistakes we did till the last semester, were not repeated in this semester. Just did the bare minimum of what was required. And passed with high grades!๐
Will be following the same policy at work too. If clean and clear mind, then all is well.

Sometimes lol. I actually usually only sleep like five or six hours a night (though I do sometimes take a nap after school).
I go to bed late and wake up early. 4 hours sleep at the most.
I am a morning or night person. Only sleep 5-6 hours so easy to be up late or get up early.
