Good question, it depends on where I'm at in my life BC I can be both am and pm, work influencers the time of day/night I'm active a lot. .
I do enjoy the darkness of night and the city lit up though not in a bad way it's just I don't know more interesting. Up not to early for coffee and a chupa chup then off to work or an appointment or a ride the gym or wherever, I don't really have a routine, but yeah not to early In the morning.

I was always more of a night owl. I hated getting up for work.

Now that I'm retired, I often stay up to 2:30am and get up after 10:00 am. LOL

Mornings for me... Usually get up around 6am, Get food then go to the gym around 7-8am then shower and have to be in work for 10:30
