I am an Morning girl I get up early enjoy the gym. The beach, the sun.

Morning! Not really by choice though, lol. I wake up early to exercise before I go to work each day. So my body's adapted to that now 😊

The downside is since I wake up so early, I'm usually in bed most nights around 7-9pm

Yes I am, I steadily lose energy throughout the day so I'm the most energetic in the morning and I don't have trouble getting up like some other people. I've never needed a second alarm or anything like that and I'm never late because I oversleep.

I think so. My job requires that I wake up at 4:00 am. So I kind of have to be a morning person.

I have always been a morning person. Even now I'm off work recovering from surgery I am still up about 5.30 am.

During the summer I am. Blasted heat wakes me up in the middle of the night. In the cooler months I sleep till 7 or 8 am.
