Doctors went to medical school for many years, then served a residency to add to their knowledge. And among them, the neurologists studied the kind of info you need for even more years. Asking this group (or any other group that is not composed of doctors) is asking for trouble. Find a neurologist and have him/her tell you.

Firstly, What type of Epilepsy? If it suddenly came back you must start keeping a dairy/ calendar on what days you get it. You might pick up a pattern after 6 months. Also note down what you did that day like things you are and the amount of time you watched TV or played on your laptop or phone.
