I signed up for Noom, and then my account bounced because I'm broke lol. So I've been kind of reconsidering my eating habits, rather than the food I eat. I know how to eat healthy. I can actually eat pretty damn healthy. I like fruits and vegetables and superfoods and I do enjoy exercise when the weather is warm (I need to find a good exercise for the winter tbh).
I've noticed that when I'm not busy with work, I tend to eat out of boredom. By work, I mean housework too. If I'm busy with housework or an activity of some sort, I eat less. Whenever I am on the road working (because I travel for work), I eat Panera and one meal covers lunch and dinner pretty easily; it seems to have benefited my health a lot too.
What are some other bad eating habits I can look out for? I know about stress eating, but I don't know a lot of others. I'm trying to change my HABITS more than my food.

You'll get very conflicting answers because no one is actually 100% sure on how we should eat. Eating out of boredom is bad, but most research shows that you should eat multiple (3 ) small meals/snacks throughout the day. What you're drinking can also have an impact, sodas are bad, but so is tea and coffee if you put a shit ton of sugar or creamer in it all the time, you should stay away from most alcohol except for hard liquor (few calories and sugar) or the occasional glass of wine.
I drink a TINY amount of wine, for food pairing. I have thought about dropping soda entirely. I might start drinking flavored water instead.
Thanks for reminding me about the drinking. I forgot about that!
Yeah wine isn't too bad, especially if it's more of a dry wine, unless you're drinking a bottle or two a day
