Here's a shotgun approach, exercise to tire yourself out physically, try sleep supplements like melatonin, spend more time in the sunlight during the day to get the vitamin D I think that helps your serotonin, keep the sleeping space for sleeping only so things like phones or TV away otherwise it changes your mental routine, make your sleeping environment as comfortable and clean as possible, he cut down on caffeine if that's an issue or naps during the daytime those kill me.
If you're insomnia is long-term and recurring you may want to consider seeing a sleep psychologist for proper treatment and possibly medication if you need it
Sorry to hear youâre having trouble sleeping - honestly it sucks. You have my sympathy. Do you have any idea what might be causing you to stay awake - anxiety, stress, pain, frustration etc If you can deal with the cause you wonât need a method to inspire tiredness⊠anyway, thatâs what I was told and it didnât help⊠For me, a warm bath about an hour before bed, also having your bedroom a few degrees colder than the room youâre in before you go to bed - tricks your brain into making melatonin. Obviously masturbation helps but you already know that - more than once if needed. No screen time before bed but thatâs always said by people and nobody really follows it (me included). Other than that - solidarity to you! I got about 3 hours sleep last night and feel like utter shit now. Good luck X

Wake up at the same time no matter when you go to bed. If you wake up late in the day then try waking up a few hours earlier each day until you have your desired wake up time. This will at the very least keep you from having a crazy sleep schedule. You might occasionally wake up later or go to sleep later but overall, it will keep you on track.
Working out, light therapy or vitamin D, and if all that fails... masturbate. I am D_Bone_Steak and I approve this message.
...
... with my penis.
I appreciate this professional advice, mister D_Bone_Steak đ
I was going to go with what @tfan1 said and say masturbate but if that doesn't work, my next standby is to actually stop trying. Read, play a game or something like that
Depends. There are nutraceuticalls like GABA, Valereian, Hops and other herbs. There are plenty of benzos but its not a good idea to rely on them. If I were in bed with you you wouldn't get any sleep eother
You may or may not like this suggestion but it works for me. Masturbate 🙂👍
Been there, done that, still conscious lol
Not possible, the closest thing I have to a vibrator is my toothbrush lol
I used to take melatonin. I would speak with your doctor about this honestly because what works for some people doesnât for others.
I recommend you try sleeping with the TV on, something you like to watch and try to sleep with it on after taking some melatonin
Plenty of exercise, cardio in particular.
Eat good helthy food avoid saturated fats, fast foods, sugar etc and stick to veg, fruit, meat and carbs
Exercise, eat healthy, no electronics 2 hours before bed, a nice warm cup of decaf tea and a book for an hour before bed. Pop a CBD gummy about 45 minutes before bed.
Lol. You look wasted in that pic. You have a lot on your mind do ya?
Not really, just couldn't sleep lol
Awww yeah that sucks ass.
Create a relaxing bedtime ritual, such as taking a hot bath, reading, soft music, breathing exercises, yoga. Avoid trying too hard to sleep. The harder you try, the more awake you'll become.
can help you fall asleep
Anecdotally, many people use masturbation to fall asleep â and it's no wonder. Oxytocin and endorphins are associated with relaxation, so it makes sense that masturbation can help you sleep, especially if stress and anxiety are keeping you from getting some sleep
Try to cut down on coffee and caffeine. Exercise a lot 💪. Do some running. Drink milk before going to sleep
Exercise minimum 45min a day.
Keep phone, computer, TV away one hour before bed time.
Eat light dinner.
Don't drink coffee
Honestly I find ways to excit myself and "play" for awhile to get tired
Beautiful picture by the way
Stop eating meat, and you will sleep well. I know you're not going, and I could care
https://www.youtube.com/embed/L8X7w7HQpFMAre you on an exercise program? If not, then consider that.
I mean I can bore you by talking sports, will that help? Iâll give you my snap or IG or discord. That should make you sleepy 😴
I think melatonin is helpful!
Masturbation helps most people
Working out until Iâm tired does it for me
