Relaxing music constantly to get addicted to the warm sound and mellow feeling. And just really calm down and forget about anything that's bothering you because sleep is important and so is mental health and also physical health.

Stay up all night, and the whole next day, keep busy till you are completely exhausted. Then take melatonin before going to bed.
