I wouldn’t, but you’re not me. Some people subscribe to the “if you’ve got it, flaunt it” mindset. If you do, then flaunt it! When i’m in good shape, i take more pride in feeling better than in looking better. I get a LOT of satisfaction from personal bests too! When i was running a lot, i had to befriend other runners because too few of my relatives and old friends understood the significance of my numbers. Ell oh ell!
You may need to do something similar if you desire positive reinforcement without posting pics online.
