For me, we have resistance bands, an exercise bike, yoga mats/cds (and the one I use the most), and a weight bench my boyfriend bought and uses.
I'd like to hear from you, though, and maybe get some ideas.

Trending & News @Ez-Bri-Z_v2 My large exercise ball (36") is my 'bench' I have free weights, old school, and I can change out the plates as I choose. I do 'flys' with 30lbs each hand and then presses with as many reps as I can do.
Also do 'skull crushers' with a 20lb dumbell.
Using a set of homemade hand grips, I do wide- shoulder push ups -15 to a set.
Other than that Hard Yoga 3 /4 days a week.
What is a skull crusher?
@Ez-Bri-Z_v2 Holding the 20 lb DB in both hands, behind your head, moving it up and down to work you triceps - Have to take care not to hit you head with the weight on the down movement
That sounds terrifying and I absolutely would hit myself in the head accidentally. Lmao
@Ez-Bri-Z_v2 Carefully !!! LOLOL
@Ez-Bri-Z_v2 Thank you for MHO. I forgot to add the Resistance bands also, here in the house, and at Yoga classes. We also use a ball to balance our rear on and do leg lifts.
I am working out at the local YMCA these days. I so a 50 minute HIIT training session with either a bike, stair climber, elliptical or air rower. Then I lift for 50 minutes. I try to do two or three body parts. Then I do some stretching and cool down.

Calisthenics. I start my day with yoga and a walk, bike ride to work, work a physically demanding construction job, ride a bike home from work, my workouts at home are push ups pull ups squats and ab routines and I end that workout with Calisthenics yoga poses holds. For me mobility and bodyweight training matters more then having big muscles. I always wanted to be that guy that looked like he was average but could do 100 push ups like it was easy. (It's still not really easy, my workouts purpose is just to make it look so) lol
For me working out is telling myself I am the purpose everyday.
Nothing flashy or complex really. Squats, pull-ups, pushups, biceps, triceps, shoulders, etc. Usually 3sets of each to failure with 2.5minute rest intervals. Just enough to keep in in a perfect state of bodyfat burning & glycogen burning. Though it's not complex, I'm able to have a nice looking physique because no matter what the exercise is, I keep it hard & I workout intelligently.
a mix between bodybuilding and powerlifting training regiments
I’m not trying to be either but I do want visible muscles and functional strength
Push, Pull, Legs, Push, Pull, Legs.
6 days a week
Happens to be the same for me.
Some regular cycling, I'm easily bored by everything else
I just do around one hour of cardio per day. That is all, no specific diet, no lifting.
pretty much the same as all other soccer games... lol
For cardio I use a stationary for at least 10 miles 5 days a week. The rest is calisthenics
Sport climbing, and occasionally cycling.
Mostly squats, push-ups, and sit-ups.
For me Eating And Sleeping
Just a basic weight set I use.
