30 minutes on a recumbent stationary bike. It's been a couple years. since I did any weight training. I used to play basketball every day but an accident at worked f***ed up one of my wheels. I've muddled through the last couple years. Put on weight because I couldn't do much and I've spent the last yr. Taking it back off. But they said they'd have to re-construct my foot to get it back to normal. And since I can walk on it without any real trouble and am not dealing with pain they don't want to f*** with it. But I can't play basketball on it. And they don't get what that means to me. It's like having a peice of my heart amputated. Sorry for ranting. Basketball was a lot of my activity. I don't like exercising just to exercise.🙂
No its not a rant you’re just expressing a hard time. Im so sorry that happened to you and i hope you get all the physical therapy you need to be able to play ball again

Mon & Friday HIIT interval runs on the treadmill
Tuesday & Thursday 3 rounds of -50 strikes on a makiwara (striking board, the ones wrapped in rope like you see in the movies), 20 count plank, 20 curls with a resistance band and 20 back arm pulls with a resistance band per arm, 10 sets weighted shrugs, and 10 sets bench both medium weight-
Evenings
Tai Chi Sword 32 form
Also my wife and I usually take a stroll around the park on Tuesday evening after work
We also usually stroll together on Saturday and/ or Sunday
Just trying to maintain more than anything else. Not trying to kill myself.

I’m experimenting with the days I go each week but I do a three day split. Every Thursday is leg day, but I am starting to do it on Sunday as well. Saturday is back and biceps, Tuesday is chest and triceps. Then cardio on most days, but running on Wednesdays vs walking. Chest is the day that I don’t do consistently the same day each week.

Monday morning: Weight training (chest, biceps, glutes and core), Tuesday morning: Weight training (Quads, delts, lats and triceps), Tuesday evening: Cardio (bike riding), Wednesday: off, Thursday morning: Weight training (chest, biceps, glutes and core but different exercises for each group than before), Thursday afternoon: Cardio (eliptical but I'm thinking about swapping that out with a sport), Friday around noon: Weight training (quads, delts, lats and triceps but different exercises than Tuesday), Saturday: Cardio (stair master), Sunday: Cardio (running).

My "workout routine" now, mainly consists of going for long walks. Maybe a 1.5-2 hour walk. Sadly, I usually have no one to walk with. Most of my friends only walk half the time with me, then go back home. Maybe I'll start going with my dog, when she grows up a bit.
I was never a fan of walks but a romantic one could do. Until i’m like ok gotta sit for a min my feet burning 😂

When I was younger I would workout at least five times a week for 2 or 3 hours mostly cardio but dud some weights for the core and arms. I was kinda use to it because I played a lot athletics in high school. Now my routine is sometimes 3 it 4 times a week for 2hours max. I wish I could work out more but work and being more tired more easily kinda unmotivated me to keep the routine.
I used to do 6 times 3 hours a day. Nowhere near that now
When I was young I could have done all that, and did do most of it. I think that video was sped up, but not by a lot. Dude needs to chill and knock off the coke.

always been heavily active sports... but another thing that helped was actually working around, building and fixing stuff, that always adds up to a fit physique

as a teen that same motivation pushed me to exercise too.
A couple different kettlebell routines, lots of stretching and push ups. Try to do it everyday when I wake up and again when I get home from work for about 45 mins each time. There's days when I rest, but it's not the same.

@PeterLegg91 I used to the above was when I did workout I was in pretty good shape, still am but I don't have my sick pack anymore I haven't worked out in a few years because I work manual labor so I'm pretty exhausted at the end of the day.
I am however going to get back into training so I'll get it back before to long.

@PeterLegg91 Mhmm, lotta people think getting a six pack is hard when really the only thing needed is consistency and abusing it unlike other muscles abs recover ridiculously fast so you can work the hell out of them everyday without repercussions.
