    I do basic strength training and calisthenics… and some cardio too. Monday through Saturday I focus on different muscles groups.

    Sunday I focus on stretching/flexibility.

    Something like 3x15 reverse curls at 40lb then 2x4 at 80

    Get some dumbells and do various exercises laying on the bench. Usually 25-35lb throw in some isometrics and sundevils. Then I cross the dumbells on my shoulders and do sit-ups. Maybe about 30 depending on how I'm feeling.

    Shoulder raises, calf raises, leg press. I don't even look at the weight I set but it's a lot... Or at least it's about as high as the machine goes.

    Then I take 5lb plates and throw punches though I'm probably going to move up to 10 lb kettle bells soon.

    I'll also take medicine balls and literally just sit down and stand up a bunch of times. 😂

    I usually finish by taking a 40lb plate and crossing it around my body in a figure 8 and reverse the direction. Till my grip gets loose.

    I don’t use gyms , they are a needless waste of money , filled with women that god forbid your eyes should fall upon and men / boys who would rather take up space on their phones whilst trying their very best to look appealing for the women or hog machines whilst chatting sh** about how much they can bench to their mates.
    I swim twice a week - 50 lengths , other 4 days I have an hour routine consisting of 25mins alternating bike / walking and 35 mins upper body / lower body via Apple fitness ( 5 mins warm up then 30min class ) .. 2 days lower body via Apple, 2 days upper alternating ( 6:30 - 7:30 ish am ) and one rest day

    At the moment my workout routine is my job I do manual labor in the agricultural field.

    So most days I stack hundreds of 50lb bags a day by hand, on a slow or average day I move about 8,000lbs by hand. On a busy day it's over 20,000lbs possibly more.

    In addition to that I do a lot of shoveling usually when I have to do that it's a couple hundred to a thousand pounds usually sometimes more sometimes less. Also do a lot of pushing and pulling, crouching, squatting, climbing bins or buildings sometimes one handed if I have stuff in my hands. And I'm constantly on the move I easily walk at 5 miles a day. Sweeping seed when auguring out bins which is more tiring then it sounds.

    But it's basically a full body workout every single day. I'm not a big guy but I am broad and am a lot stronger then I look due to the functional strength acquired from my job.

    I do mostly cardio work. Depends on what I am feeling that day. I force myself to swim once a week. I love to swim. It is just a pain in the ass to have to go to the athletic center on campus, swim, change, walk all the way back with wet, cold hair, etc.

    In the winter it's lugging firewood and shoveling snow and chicken shit. Other than that I try to hibernate until spring when I am much more active with all kinds of outdoor sports like gardening and hiking and camping and stuff.

    I do a 50 minute HIIT session rotating through a stairclimber, stationary bike , elliptacal trainer. or air rower.
    Then Ido 2 or 3 body parts , abs and stretching.
