    I tend to do a bit of skipping with a rope and try out some tricks with it while I warm up then crack on to do weights though I don't plan the exercises because I don't know which machines or spaces are available. Some points during the session I will go back to doing skipping and even use cardio machines like static bike, crosstrainer to get a pulse boost then there's always trying to do my own circuits to get strength work done.

    I work out every other day, and depending on the weather and time, I occasionally add cardio training, such as running or swimming.

    For the actual workout, I always start with stretching. I either focus on core training, choreography, or trying tricks on the pole. That being said, most weeks include a once-per-week group session, which often isn't as demanding, but with a teacher and group, we focus on different things and most often work on identifying weaknesses or learning new tricks.

    Well there is the usual gym stuff and resistance training. I find that boring. So I mix it up with running, biking, kayaking, hockey, golf... and so on. Get out there and use my body in the real world.

    Running 4 days a week, hitting the gym 2-3 more days.

    Gym workout usually involves lifting weights... if I don't come home pleasantly sore, it wasn't worth going !!!
