Few times a week if I ain't doing something else. Whether it be taking a walk, doing an excercise off of a app, or doing my own little excercise for the day. So it's going well enough, I ain't slipping back into being a bit chubby like back in the day

I do a 45 minute cardio workout. Either bike, elliptical or stair climber. Then lift for 45 minutes. I try to do 3 or 4 body parts. I superset two exercises. Then I do abs and stretch. I workout 4 times a week and am trying to get a fifth workout in there. It was easier 20 years ago.
Four to five times a week, usually eat light before workouts to have enough energy. Mix of cardio and free weight.
Why on earth ar e you fasting on your rest day? You need protein to repair torn muscles on rest days. Not to starve your body. And you look excessively thin too.

by the way, don't worry about people saying your too thin. That's just what a fit woman looks like, most women are not in shape! being in shape is highly desirable, very sexy.Whenever I feel like it honestly. Could be once a week could be 4x a week

4 days a week. Mondays and Thursdays legs and butt and Tuesday and Friday arms, shoulders and bag. Whenever I do leg workout I eat a lot more calories
