I just go purely intuitively. I'm the opposite that says like Monday is back/bis, Tuesday legs, Wednesday chest/tris, etc.
I just kind of do whatever I think I need to do in a day. Discipline is a style with this mindset but I can often put more effort into my biggest weaknesses without such a rigorous schedule.
I admire structured people a lot since I figure discipline might be the most important thing.
Yet I did excel athletically a lot when I was younger by just spending excessive amounts of training my weakest points. If we can find the motivation, sometimes the freer structure lets us prioritize things better. At other times, I become very lazy as a massive con.
I really admire the structured types of people but I think that's a thing with those of us into the arts. We hate structure. We lack discipline. We depend on willpower and creativity to solve problems. It has a tendency to run out sometimes. But I'll never be able to freely adopt a structure which demands a lot out of me.

Three times a week at the gym, I do a 30-minute max incline walk on the treadmill at 3.2 speed. Then I'll either follow it with lower or upper-body day. In general, I walk my dog for 20 to 40 minutes twice a day, except on the days I go to the gym, when I only get one walk in, and occasionally, if I have enough energy, I'll do a cardio workout around noon.
I dance almost everyday and when at the gym I do everything from squats to lunges to dips to planks, mostly the machines and little free weights.
My workout routine is training any muscle group that I want to grow for at least 5+ sets per week. The details of the sessions are always changing to suit my needs.

I try to go to the gym 3-4x a week. Usually it alternates between lower and upper body workouts so legs - back - glutes - shoulders/arms. Then for cardio I like riding horses or my boyfriend.
I lay on top of my girlfriend and do as many pushups as possible. :)
