I like to walk a lot. I can walk for an hour or two. I love stretching to stay flexible and I recently started lifting weights. I'm only at 30 pounds but it's a start 😅

I'm recovering from injury so I'm having to adapt, but my usual workout regime would be.
a five mile run 3 or 4 times a week (Walking to ease myself back)
Bag work 4 times a week.. (punching and kicking usually, but only punching for now)
Approx 400 press ups a week, spread over the whole week
Krav Maga Training Twice a week. Again I'm adapting not doing any kicks with the injury.
Weights 2 hours a day 5 days a week.
Rugby (I HOPE to be able to get the all clear to play again as I miss it terribly)

Also, I wish you luck with your new weights programme!
Wow you're workout regiment sounds fun! I would love to add a sport too.
And thank you so much! 😊
A sport will give you incentive, when at times lifting weights gets a bit boring! You're very welcome.
I prefer to do at home workouts. Not trying to be a pro bodybuilder or anything because I don't have good genetics for growth & the hobby is far too expensive than it needs to be. I just want to maintain a fit body.
