You can't lower your IQ, and it measures potential, not actual level. The easiest way to stop thinking is doing things where you can't think because you have to be focused on the task. Run more than 5 miles every day and tell me how much time you have to think while doing that. If you don't think you can do 5 miles, then jog them. If you can't do that, power walk. If you can't do that you must be wheelchair-bound.
