Thar is too much weight for a woman to be hip thrusting. I do not do that much. If you are trying to build mass, the glute is the strongest muscle in the body. It is stressed regularly. Slow and purposeful glute movement will serve you much better. Stay away from high cardio if bubble butt/mass id what you are trying to develop. Good luck !!
It depends. You are better off starting off with lower weight and getting proper form. You see a lot of people lifting heavy with no proper form and they are actually doing nothing for their muscles, even though it looks like they are. Start small. Even a 10 lb bar with proper form will form proper muscle to be able to thrust more weight.
