I get regular checkups and every day before, on the day of and on the day after a medical appointment, I will mix honey and maple syrup with 3 types of herbal, fruit and vegetable tea to boost my immune system just in case I got a virus during my day outside the home.
I just practice social distancing when I'm out - stand 2m away from others and will ask people to step back if to close. This is actually something I love - should've been like this pre COVID, no reason to be all clutched together, the shopping doesn't go any faster that way.
I also test myself, if I have a symptom - would probably not test myself as much if I didn't work within care work but I do. & I test myself before big gatherings - but that's mostly for others not me.

It's only a cold and the vaccines are a joke.
If I'm shopping and somebody coughs I walk the other way.
When standing in line I practice social distancing (Which I think is a good idea regardless of covid).
Most importantly I wash my hands before I eat.
I never caught covid yet.
Maybe if there's a lot of people, or I have symptoms, I wear a mask or stay at home.

I think I'm ok. I have pretty good health. If I have it, I'm likely not symptomatic
The only precautions I took for covid was the mask when it was mandated. Never got it. I guess my pandemic preparedness worked out.
I try to keep my distance from people, that's all
I don't get close to peoples faces for no good reason.
