Hmmmm... I would ditch the coke zero and then your fine.👌
If that's what you had all day, no it's not a lot. If it was eaten at one sitting then yes it is.
Regarding update. That's not enough for the whole day.
How much more could I have ate?
When did you have it? Was it lunch or dinner
For breakfast - 3 poached eggs with one slice of bacon and one brioche bagel
Lunch/ snack
One banana
Orange juice
3 double chocolate cookies
Dinner - Bbq Beef short ribs with cassava fries and a side of greens
Coke zero
Evening snack
Plate of chicken biryani (that's kind of heavy)
Oh. I misunderstood. I thought you just had the chicken biryani today and nothing else.
I would have stopped after dinner. I'm not a big eater

Is it enough for the whole day?
I think so, yes. I personally would have moved some of the food from evening snack and dinner to lunch but I believe enough food.
The thing is, this is your body. For some bodies that might be WAY too much food and for others too little. Add in whether your job is very active or you work out or your trying to lose weight, etc., And there are too many variables for us to really tell you.
For one meal?
One day
Too much sugar
Where?
No it’s fine
