i an 5’9-5’10 i weigh 240lbs i want to get down to 200lbs and then start building muscle up i am not unhealthy overweight i am a boxer and have good cardio and stamina and i workout to keep a good level of fitness but i want to lose my dad bod look for a lean build i am strong and fit bit i want to do it for the aesthetic look how long would i have to fast to lose 40lbs and would it be healthy i am currently doing a 20-4 intermediate fasting but i want a faster progress i plan to do a water fast for 10 days and then 10 days normal then 20 days fast what is the best way for me to do this

Look at your interior medical X-ray and see your organs with fat literally hanging on them in your condition.
I don’t care what you say or think you are categorized Unhealthy. And fasting, really 🤷🏻♂️ All you are doing is losing water weight. Guess what breaks down Fat, water 💦

175 is your target 🎯 weight at 5’9 male. I would want you at 162. I played university scholarship soccer. I am 6’2.5 195 with next to none body fat.
40lb loss in your current state is a 3 month process
i have done research on the subject and it is said that if you workout during the fast you can contain muscle mass and if you drink enough water it will stimulate your body and then you body will use the stores of carbs and fats and burn down you fat storages i have fasted in the past for 15 days and lost 19 lbs now i am at 230lbs since i started fasting again i aim for a build like tyson since i am a boxer i did some testing and i have around 20-25% body fat also you cannot have no body fat even arnold and cbum have body fat it is next to impossible to get no body fat just to maintain sun 10% you have to train day in and day out and almost starve it is not a maintainable body fat percentage most body builders have between 10-20% but much higher muscle mass i am muscular in my arms and legs cause of my past in football but i just seek the aesthetic now i workout 6 days a week i also box and do wrestling i have done research and the best way to do it i heard from a professional is to fast between 5-20 days max to remain in a healthy state any more than that and you are causing harm to you organs and brain but i plan to go 20 days cause i should lose between 15-25 lbs and i would be close to my weight goal i don’t want to get down to 160 lbs or 170lbs cause i have a bulky frame and i put on muscle easily but also fat so i am gonna burn most the fat off then start on the 16-8 fasting and a keto diet while i continue to workout more and harder i won't stop until i get the build i seek cause i wanna be great
since starting a few days ago i have last 10 lbs cause i box for multiple hours a day and i am water fasting i drink between 8-10 glasses a day i do this while i workout i have watched my body and i have already seen progress on my hips and lower abdomen when i reach 200 lbs i plan to start aiming for 180lbs cause i want to keep some mass so i can still box at light heavyweight any lower and i’ll have to leave my weight class i plan to try to minimize fat and maximize muscle gain to get back at 205 lbs but muscle instead i aim for a prime iron mike tyson build
First of all, you have to believe in yourself. You can go for a walk, and you can also ride a bike. The trick is to stay away from Carbs, if you can't do that, eat less carbs than usual. And make sure to drink plenty of water, like 15 glasses a day, please do as I say... And don't forget; Losing weight is “not that difficult” , the important thing is to maintain your form after losing weight. good luck i believe in you!
