I don't know if it’s my liver area, but on the right side of my stomach I’ve been getting random cramp like msucle spasm feeling if I breathe sometimes or when I move around. I feel it around the back of the right side of my stomach. Like right side /back part area. Or is it due to being low on potassium? I got cramp recently on my leg, foot, throat due to low potassium. Or is it due to my birth control shot wearing off & getting period now?

I get strange cramps like that once in a while... especially if I stop drinking alcohol. I would advise you to go see a doctor though and figure out what your particular issue it exactly. I mean we're some amazing animals that can go without food for weeks... and potassium should be an issue unless you're doing something like not drinking water with anything in it... like distilled water. Eat a banana and that's like a non-issue to think about.

Really hard for me to say... and I'm a man so I don't have the woman stuff. When I get cramps though, usually it's water drinking that will cure it.

You should really see a doctor. I get the same type of cramps and it's usually just dehydration. But I would push you to get real medical advice on it if you can. I take capsules called "Stone breaker" and that has helped me out a lot... plus a lot of water. You might be different though, so I don't want to sound like I know something I don't.
I feel but relief now. The cramps went away. Bloating kinda went away. Think it’s Gas. I haven’t drank a lot of water too

Maybe you should bite the bullet and just go to the doctor. You never know when it might be something bad, such as cirrhosis of the liver or maybe even cancer. Don't wait. Early detection is crucial.
@Daniela1982 my doctor doesn’t want give me an appointment the nurse said walk to urgent care 😑😑😑😑 each time I go there I’m neevr even seen. Besides the cramping isn’t all day daily. It’s gone today. 😑😑😑😑

@Daniela1982 the nurse answers all the scoots messages. They told me go to urgent care wtf? That place is for very sick people only, I won’t go say I have sometimes cramp on right side. They don’t help me

I’ll try get a physical appointment instead with my doctor so he checks everything and I tell him in person about why I have weird cramp in side of stomach back.
Maybe it’s Gas cuz I feel stupid bloated like a balloon can’t breathe. Wen that happens it’s cuz I need take my acid reflux. Medicine. I stopped taking it few months now. Without that I feel bloated horribly and gas. Heartburn
I think the gall bladder is there, right? I used to get the same when I wouldn’t chew my food properly. Was eating too quickly. Probably best to ask a doctor though? Hope you feel better soon!

It's pretty nasty if it's not caught in time. My aunt had it two years ago and refused to go see a Dr. about it and it killed her on Jan. 5th. She got it from a bladder infection that she also refused to see a Dr. about.
