Oh, I see. Logic suggests that if a disease is a killer and spreading it is bad then why would there be sexual activities and even worse off the shelf amounts of partying, drinking, dart throwing, hamburger cookouts, and yes sexual interaction both in bars and garages within communities.

I am afraid that there is no correlation as boredom, desire, free time, and availability are the underpinning reasons for the situation. I know people, who are unvaccinated, that were never busier than during the COVID era. What happened is Social Media ran dry of excitement. I am unvaccinated and saw at least 50 people a day within 10 feet in closed quarters looking at units for two years less some travel time. This Business increase was from boredom.

I never got sick nor did I take great risk. Work, shower, and home was about it for me. I did go down to the Southern beaches about 7 months in to mask and lock down at the beginning of COVID And, did Mount Mitchell and parts of the Shenandoah and Blue Ridge Parkway. Both environments were 3 feet towel to towel, shared resort styled pools, fist pumps, 100 people in line at mountain state park restrooms etc. Even the White witches, out in the mountain streams, were chilled and friendly.

You saw how fast monkey pox disappeared. As soon as the real science showed that it was almost exclusively spread by gay men (oh, and with the disturbing few children and dogs that got it). So promiscuity will never be called on the carpet to mitigate disease.
