I had a thirst issue for at least a few weeks or months and after 2-4 days of vacation it went away. I drink Caesars / bloody Mary’s all day long with the alcohol removed and I eat vegetables at every meal. I think the nutrition is reversing my thirst issues.
I believe so. A moderate amount of exercise is a good addition to diet. Pay close attention to labels on packaged foods. Keep carbohydrates to a minimum and always look at sugars and added sugars (high fructose and corn syrup). My A1C was at 10.9 and I had to strip my diet down to more fiber, protein, raw veggies and I cut almost all carbs and sugar. I eat a mostly keto diet, with some exceptions.
