So if you go out to dinner with a date, do you avoid certain foos if you see the date lingering throughout the night past the whole dinner bit?

Those are all foods that produce excess gas for me (and most folks). Android allergy might send you into anaphylactic shock (hospital time), or rashes.

You’re not allergic. Those foods make you gassy because of the chemical compounds. Don’t worry, even tho you are gassy cause of them they’re actually great for your gut biome.

Beans makes you fart. If it's dairy then you are lactose intolerant. Not sure about other foods
